薛茹，女，1988年生，四川成都人，中共党员。2024年毕业于四川农业大学，获农学博士学位。2022年赴瑞典乌普萨拉大学参与CSC博士研究生联合培养项目。2024年加入四川轻化工大学经济学院担任教学科研工作。
